Paris is where French groups keep their head offices, from La Défense to the business districts of the west and centre, and where most international firms run their French subsidiary. That's where AI licences get bought. It's also where use stalls first, because head-office work is spread across committees, group functions and long reporting lines.
If you're a UK or international company, your Paris team often works in French while the rollout material arrived in English. People try the tool on an email, get a bland answer and go back to the old way. The licence stays assigned, so nobody counts it as unused.

HOW IT RUNS IN PARIS
On-site days in Paris cost you no travel, since we're already here. You can run everything at your offices, everything by video, or mix the two: baseline interviews and the first workshop in person, follow-ups remote, a closing review back on site.
Sessions run in French, English or both. For an international firm that matters. The Paris team learns on its own documents in its own language, and the group sponsors in London or elsewhere get the same measures in English.
Week 1: the baseline
Who uses the tool, how often, and on what. We interview a sample across head-office functions and read the usage data your admin console already holds.
Weeks 2 to 5: one pilot
One team and one workflow, for instance the monthly committee pack. We rebuild it with the tool in the loop and time it against the old way.
Week 6, then month 3: the measured change
Cycle time before and after, weekly active users by team, and a plan for the next two functions. The dashboard stays with you.

We're a UK company with a Paris office. Can you run one programme for both?
Yes. We run it in English for the UK team and in French for Paris, on the same baseline and the same measures, so the group sees one set of numbers.
Do we need to involve the works council in France?
Usually, yes. In a company with 50 or more employees, the CSE (the elected staff body) has to be informed and consulted before new technology that changes working conditions is brought in. We help you write a plain description of the pilot: which teams, which data, what changes in their day. That note makes the conversation much quicker.
How much of our head office's time does the baseline take?
Very little. A short interview with a few people in each function, plus the usage export your Microsoft 365 or Google admin console already produces. The analysis is our job.
Do you need our data to leave our systems?
No. We work on your enterprise tenant with your own documents, under NDA. Nothing goes into a consumer tool, and we don't take files away.
