AI TRAINING
TOULOUSE
In Toulouse's aerospace and space supply chain, engineers spend hours on documents. We help one team put its AI tool to work on them, and we count the hours.
AI training in Toulouse for aerospace, space and supplier teams: a usage baseline, one pilot workflow such as engineering change, measured hours saved.

AEROSPACE, SPACE AND THE SUPPLIER CHAIN
Toulouse is France's aerospace and space city. Aircraft assembly at Blagnac, satellite makers and the national space agency's centre sit alongside a long chain of suppliers and engineering service firms that work for them. Embedded systems, health and digital services make up much of the rest.
Engineering work here is document-heavy and tightly controlled: change requests, non-conformance reports, requirements, test reports, technical publications, supplier quality files. Each one has a format, a reviewer and an audit trail. That's the frame an AI pilot has to fit into.
Many suppliers are mid-sized firms with a handful of large customers. Their engineers answer the same kinds of question again and again, in French and in English. Those repeated answers are a good place to start.
WHERE WE'D START IN TOULOUSE
Engineering change
Summarising the impact of a change request across drawings, specifications and test reports, so the review board starts from a clear draft.
Non-conformance reports
Writing up a non-conformance from inspection notes and photos, in the customer's format, for the quality engineer to check.
Supplier quality files
Checking a supplier's documentation pack against the requirements list and listing what's missing.
Proposals and staffing
Engineering service firms drafting technical proposals and matching consultant profiles to a customer's request.
HOW IT RUNS IN TOULOUSE
Toulouse is more than four hours from Paris by TGV, so we plan on-site work in blocks of one or two days and run the rest remotely, on whichever video tools your teams already use.
Aerospace and defence programmes set strict rules on data and export control. We agree up front which documents the tool may see and on which environment, and pick a pilot that stays inside those rules. If nothing on a programme can be touched, we start with a support function instead.
Week 1: the baseline
Usage by team across engineering, quality, procurement and support, plus the document types that consume the most engineering hours.
Weeks 2 to 5: one pilot
One document flow, for example non-conformance write-ups, rebuilt with the tool by the engineers who own it, inside your data rules.
Week 6, then month 3: the measured change
Hours per document before and after, rework rate at review, and weekly use in month three.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can we use AI on export-controlled or programme data?
Only within your rules and your approved environment. The first pilot often uses non-restricted documents, such as internal procedures or supplier correspondence, while your security team reviews the rest.
We're a supplier with a few large aerospace customers. Where would AI help?
In the documents you send them: quality files, change impact notes, answers to technical questions. We measure how long those take today and pick the one that costs the most hours.
Toulouse is a long way from Paris. How much is on site?
As much as you want, planned in blocks. One or two on-site days for the baseline and first workshop, then remote sessions, keeps travel low without losing the time in the room.
Do you train in English for international programme teams?
Yes. Programme teams often mix nationalities, so we run sessions in English, French or both, and the measures are reported in both languages.
Do you offer AI consulting in Toulouse?
Yes: strategy and governance. See AI Consulting France.
