Lyon's economy leans on life sciences (vaccines, diagnostics and the biotech firms around Gerland), on the chemical plants of the Vallée de la Chimie to the south, and on a large base of mid-sized industrial companies across the region. Head offices and services cluster around Part-Dieu.

HOW IT RUNS IN LYON
We come from Paris, and Lyon is about two hours away by TGV, so an on-site day in Part-Dieu, Gerland or at a plant on the edge of the city fits in a single trip. The baseline and the first pilot workshop can run on site, with follow-ups by video.
In regulated environments we start with what the tool may and may not see. We settle that with your quality and IT teams before the first workshop, so the pilot doesn't stall on an access question in week three.
Week 1: the baseline
Usage by team, plus the documents that eat the most hours. We ask quality, regulatory and technical staff which write-ups they'd most like to hand off.
Weeks 2 to 5: one pilot
One document type, such as deviation summaries. We build a prompt set or agent around your template and time the draft-and-review cycle.
Week 6, then month 3: the measured change
Hours per document before and after, review comments per draft, and how many people still use it in month three.

Can AI be used on GMP or quality documents?
Yes, for drafting and comparison, with a named person accountable for the final version. The pilot works from approved templates on your enterprise tenant, and the review step stays exactly as your quality system requires.
Our Lyon site works in French and the group in English. Who do you train?
Both, on the same pilot. The Lyon team works in French on its own documents. The group sponsors get the measures and the write-up in English.
Is a day trip from Paris enough for on-site work?
For most sessions, yes, since the TGV gets us there in about two hours. For a run of workshops on consecutive days we stay over, so your team gets full days.
We're a mid-sized manufacturer with no AI team. Is this for us?
Yes. You don't need data scientists for this. The pilot uses the licences you already pay for, and the person who owns the workflow builds it with us.
