TALK TO A HUMAN.
One inbox, two founders, no gatekeepers. Whether you want a quote, a second opinion on an AI rollout that has stalled, or a correction to something we published, it lands in the same place and gets an answer.
How to reach us
- Email — [email protected]. The fastest route for anything: scoping, pricing, invoicing, press, or a data request under GDPR.
- Book a call — a free 20-minute slot with one of the founders. No sales development representative in between.
- LinkedIn — linkedin.com/company/callshotgun for the company page, or message Toni Dos Santos or Meera Sanghvi directly.
We answer within one working day, in English, French or Portuguese. If you have not heard back after two, assume a spam filter ate it and send it again.
Where we are
We Call Shotgun is based in Paris, Île-de-France, France, and works on-site or remotely from there. In France we deliver in Paris and La Défense, Lyon, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lille, Nantes and Toulouse. In the United Kingdom we deliver in London and across Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Leeds, Bristol and Cambridge. We also work in Portugal and remotely across the rest of Europe.
There is no walk-in office and no reception desk: engagements run at your site or over video, which is why the email address above is the front door rather than a street address.
What to put in the first message
- Roughly how many people would be involved, and in which teams.
- Which AI tools you already pay for (ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or none yet).
- What "it worked" would look like in 90 days.
- Your timing and, if you have one, a budget range. It saves both of us a discovery call.
You do not need a brief or an RFP. A paragraph is enough to get a useful reply, and we will say plainly if we are the wrong fit for what you are trying to do.
Other reasons to write
- Press and speaking — send the outlet, the topic and the deadline to [email protected].
- Corrections — if something we published is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and we will fix it or say why we disagree.
- Privacy and data requests — access, correction, deletion and objection requests go to the same address; see the privacy notice for what we hold and for how long.
- Invoicing and procurement — purchase orders, vendor forms and supplier onboarding all go to the same inbox.
