DIGITAL SERVICES, FOOD AND THE ESTUARY INDUSTRIES
Nantes has a large digital services sector, from IT consultancies to agencies and software firms. The wider Pays de la Loire is a big food-processing region, and the Loire estuary toward Saint-Nazaire builds ships and aircraft structures. Local government and public bodies add a sizeable services workforce.
Digital services firms are a special case. Their people pick up new tools fast, so licences get activated quickly. That doesn't mean the billable work has changed: proposals, project reports and handovers are often still written the old way.
In food and manufacturing the documents are different: specifications for retail customers, quality and traceability records, supplier audits. The approach stays the same. One recurring document, one owner, a measured before and after.

HOW IT RUNS IN NANTES
Nantes is about two hours from Paris by TGV. On-site days work well for the baseline and the first workshop, at your offices on the Île de Nantes, in the city centre or at a production site, with remote follow-ups.
For sites further down the estuary or inland, we group the on-site days so teams at Saint-Nazaire or in the Vendée don't lose a day to travel.
Week 1: the baseline
Usage by team, and the recurring documents that take the most hours, from client reports to retailer specifications.
Weeks 2 to 5: one pilot
One document, one owner: for example the weekly client report at a digital agency, rebuilt with the tool and timed.
Week 6, then month 3: the measured change
Time per document before and after, the share of the team using the workflow each week, and the next team in line.

THE TOOLS YOU ALREADY PAY FOR
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Our team is digital-savvy and already uses AI. What would you add?
Measurement and depth. Tech-friendly teams often use AI for small tasks and leave the big recurring documents alone. We pick one of those, rebuild it, and measure the time it saves.
We're a food producer. Can AI handle retailer specifications?
It can draft and check them from your product data, with your quality team signing off. We'd start with one retailer's format and measure time per specification.
Can you run sessions at Saint-Nazaire as well as in Nantes?
Yes. We group the on-site days so both sites are covered in one trip, and run the follow-ups remotely.
We're the French arm of a UK or US group. Can the results be reported in English?
Yes. The Nantes team works in French and the group gets the same measures in English.
Do you offer AI consulting in Nantes?
Yes: strategy and governance. See AI Consulting France.
