THE C-SUITE AGENDA BEHIND AN AI PROGRAMME
At C-level the question is rarely which tool. It is who owns AI risk, what the company will and will not automate, how much capability to build internally, and how any of it shows up in the numbers. Those are governance and capital-allocation questions, and they need a different session from a hands-on workshop.
