Week 1: the baseline
Seat-level usage from your admin console, interviews across front office, operations and support, and the documents people spend the most time on.
Weeks 2 to 5: one pilot
One client-facing workflow, for example the quarterly client report, rebuilt with the team that owns it and reviewed by compliance where needed.
Week 6, then month 3: the measured change
Cycle time before and after, review comments per draft, weekly active users by team, and the case for the next team.
