WCS SOP Builder terms

The service

WCS SOP Builder is a free process-documentation tool provided by We Call Shotgun. It turns supplied process notes into a draft standard operating procedure, a team checklist and questions for the process owner. No payment, purchase or booking is required.

Drafts and review

Outputs depend on the material you supply. Structure checks count supplied fields and references. They don't measure accuracy, verify that a source supports a claim, or certify safety, legal compliance or approval. Missing information and conflicting instructions need to be resolved by the process owner.

You remain responsible for checking the draft against the source material and actual practice before using or releasing it. Safety-critical or regulated procedures require review by the relevant qualified owner. The tool's output isn't professional legal, financial, medical or employment advice.

Your material

Supply only material you're permitted to use. Use role names and process descriptions where possible. Exclude credentials, unnecessary personal details, confidential customer or employee records and unrelated meeting discussion. Confirm your organization's permissions before using meeting notes or transcripts.

The tool drafts text. It doesn't carry out procedures, approve policies, send messages, change connected systems or record meetings.

Optional connections and other services

Fathom, Granola and ChatGPT Meetings are optional sources. Connections and access are handled by the host's official provider apps, subject to their availability, account permissions and separate terms. WCS SOP Builder doesn't hold provider credentials or fetch meeting archives itself. You can also paste or upload notes through your chat host.

WCS resource and booking links are optional and contain no SOP inputs or results. Any separate consulting engagement has its own agreed scope and terms.
