## What Toni does

Companies buy AI tools, teams resist the change, and usage stays around 20%. Toni works on the system around the tool: which workflows change, who owns them, and how the time saved gets measured.

Before We Call Shotgun: product roles at Groupe BPCE, lemlist and La Growth Machine, and Buska, the social listening startup he founded.

## Track record

### Enterprise AI adoption

AI adoption strategy and team enablement for Groupe BPCE, France's second-largest bank, and La Growth Machine.

### Large-company programmes

AI programmes for large companies, including L'Oréal and Essilor.

### Product

Product management at lemlist.

### Founder

Founded Buska, a social listening tool for intent-led outreach.

### Workflow design

AI workflows that connect product, marketing and sales into one motion, built so teams use them every day.

## The book

Toni writes most of the [We Call Blog](https://wecallshotgun.com/blog), on tool rollouts, adoption and measuring what changed.
